Settings
Configure appearance, notifications, and account options in the iOS app.
Access Settings from the gear icon on the Farm tab. Settings control how the app looks, how notifications work, and your account details.
Appearance
Choose how the app displays:
- Light — always use the light theme
- Dark — always use the dark theme
- System — follow your iPhone's system setting (the default)
The theme applies immediately when you change it.
Notifications
Control which notifications HorseBook sends to your device:
- Event reminders for upcoming calendar items
- Sync status updates
Notification preferences can be adjusted at any time. You can also manage HorseBook notifications through your iPhone's Settings app under Notifications.
Account
View your account information:
- Email address
- Account type
- Sign-in method (email, Google, or magic link)
Sign Out
Tap Sign Out to log out of the app. Your locally cached data is cleared on sign out. You will need to sign in again to access your records.
