Farm

View your farm dashboard with summary cards, recent expenses, contacts, and farm documents.

The Farm tab is your home base for everything not tied to a specific horse. It gives you a dashboard overview of your operation, quick access to expenses and contacts, and a place for farm-level documents.

Dashboard Summary

The top of the Farm tab shows summary cards with at-a-glance numbers:

  • Total horses — how many active horses are in your account
  • Upcoming events — events scheduled in the near future
  • Recent expenses — spending activity

These cards update automatically as you add records.

Recent Expenses

Below the summary cards, a list shows your most recent expenses with a running monthly total at the top. Each expense entry shows the date, vendor, amount, and category.

Tap an expense to view its full details. If the expense was created by scanning a receipt, the original document image is attached.

Tap the + button to add a new expense manually, or use the Scan tab to capture a receipt. See Expenses and Contacts for more on managing expenses.

Recent Contacts

A list of your most recently accessed contacts. Each entry shows the contact's name, role (vet, farrier, trainer, etc.), and phone number or email. Swipe actions let you call or email directly.

Tap See All to view your complete contact list. See Expenses and Contacts for more on managing contacts.

Farm Documents

Documents that apply to your farm or operation as a whole rather than a specific horse. These might include insurance policies, property records, or business documents.

Tap a document to view it. Documents scanned on iOS that are not linked to a specific horse appear here.

Settings Access

Tap the gear icon to open Settings. See Settings for details on appearance, notifications, and account management.
